We ship with DHL, free of charge to europe on orders over 150,00€. For the standard shipping
service is 3 – 5 days.
For the orders including sale items Ultralowluxe is not covering the return costs, the customer will
be responsible for all return shipping fees. You can choose to send your items back to us using
your preferred courier service. Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.
Return shipments for orders above 150 € within Europe are free of charge, for orders under 150 €
all costs are borne by the customer. Shipping and return costs for orders placed from other
supplied countries, are borne by the customer.
